An up front fee of $1,000 is paid to Yakima Valley Realty.
Photos will be taken of your listing.
An MLS lock box will be placed on your door.
Signs will be posted at your property.
Your listing will be submitted to the Yakima MLS where a co-op commission of 3% will be offered to any participating member who procures a sale.
Your listing will be available for viewing on all major real estate websites.
We will handle all paperwork and negotiations from start to finish.
5% Listing Fee
Photos will be taken of your listing.
Flyers will be provided for your listing.
An MLS lock box will be placed on your door.
Signs will be posted at your property.
Your listing will be submitted to the Yakima MLS where a co-op commission of 2.5% will be offered to any participating member who procures a sale.
Your listing will be available for viewing on all major real estate websites.
2 broker open houses will be performed. (For realtor's only)
